Right across the Austin H-mart, the office and retail use building will be under construction. This project's work scope is designing the first-floor and second-floor lobby area, including four restrooms according to the architectural plan, and documenting Material Finishes, all Lighting fixtures, and hardware schedules. The whole building has schemed for random several future tenants by following Austin building codes.

The facade design's modernity was the essential starting point to decide the design scheme. The linear proportion between windows and brick aims for timeless neutrality, with which the interior choices aligned. Grey marvel patterned porcelain floor tiles, and purely white giant tiles will mainly create a timeless, formal, conservative, but sophisticated mood that the client wants.
