2017 | Mixed use building for Start-up Businesses
This facade consists of thousands of thin acrylic panels modular. Lighting panels behind reflect acrylics create ever-changing effects. As tiny pixels gather and form the whole facade display, space connotes that simple dreams and moves of creators in the area might be the beginning of the change that will move the world.
This local project aims to activate Seongsoo-dong's legacy and create a cultural, business space. Seongsoo-dong, a trendy area in 2017, accommodates unique emotional spaces such as hand-made shoes' street, loft cafe, renovated warehouse restaurants, and artists' atelier. The district changes with social ventures and talented artists gathering by having been an industrial district with old factories and warehouses in 1960- the 90s.
Today Seonsu-dong is known as Seoul's Brooklyn, meaning charming small business transformed the town as a young people's hot place with historic essence.

This project tend to provide a fun working space for young creators. It does not just intend to vitalize new venture businesses but also create inspiring cultural space where people can share, offer, and develop many constructive ideas.
Both Individuals and teams can work by reorganizing modular furniture according to the situation. Users can create an adequate seminar working environment by assembling desks depends on members of the group.
